The construction of the log house has three stages:

• The first stage - is the construction of the log house on our territory (2-4 months)
• The second stage - the dismantling and transportation of the log house to the client's place (one week)
• The finishing stage - the erection of the cottage on the client's territory (the frame-3 days).

The technology of the log houses' construction

The first step is the purchasing of the spruce timber from the highest point of the sea level that provides a compact structure of the timber. Such a timber has the best physico-mathematical qualities. After the delivery of the timber on the producer's territory, the cleansing from the cortex is held but the timber preserves its natural taperingness.
